Great location near tram station, easy transportation. Higher floor, no noise. Very clean, good value for money. Friendly staff. Many souvenir shops and restaurants nearby. Can walk to popular attractions.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the old city. It is conveniently located next to a restaurant that offers a traditional Turkish scene. Additionally, it is right in front of the Guelhane tram station, making it easy to reach the Blue Mosque and other important landmarks. The rooms are comfortable and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast buffet is simple but satisfying.

The bathroom cleanliness could have been better.

Nice room, perfect location, kind cleaning personnel, always helpful receptionist, good access to top tourist spots. Great staff- friendly, professional and hospitable. Nice suggestions for visits and dining, fair price estimates. Professional and personable staff, trustworthy place.

Loved the strategic location of the hotel, right in front of the tram station. It made it super convenient to explore the city and visit all the major attractions, just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to provide us with detailed information about the area, including the best places to visit and how to get around. It made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. The hotel was surrounded by a variety of food shops, ATMs, and souvenir shops, very convenient for all our needs.

Parking near the hotel was a bit challenging as cars were not allowed to park in front of the hotel due to the tram station. We had to park a bit further and carry our luggage to the hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. the location was perfect. It was right in the center of the city, close to all the historical places. I loved that the hotel was right on the tram route, with the Gulhane stop right outside. This made it so convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff was friendly and attentive. They made sure I felt comfortable and were always ready to help. Lastly, the room was spacious and had a big bed. I even had a great view of Topkapi Palace. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Jacuzzi type bathtub in the bathroom. it was a fantastic experience.

It is important to note that the room can be a bit dark since it is located on the ground floor with a small window facing a tiny inner court.

Great location near important landmarks and tram stop. Helpful receptionist organized airport transport. Strategic view of topkapi palace and walking distance to Blue Mosque and Haghia Sophia. Safe for female travelers with plenty of restaurants and shops. Excellent service from Unal, attentive and gave good advice. Highly recommended.
